What You Need to Provide

To get started, you’ll need to share the following with our team:

1. Twilio Account Details

  • Account SID (found in your Twilio Console)
  • Account Auth Token (found in your Twilio Console)
  • Phone Number (the Twilio number you want to use for SMS)

2. Bot Information

  • Bot ID (found in your Setter AI dashboard URL when viewing a bot)
Finding your Bot ID: In your dashboard, open the bot you want to integrate. Look at the URL - it will be something like /bots/123/setup where 123 is your Bot ID.

3. A2P 10DLC Registration (only US & Canada phone numbers)

US & Canada: A2P 10DLC registration is mandatory before sending application-generated messages. Ensure your brand and campaign are fully approved before requesting integration.
